1. Collection
Use laundry bags for the collection and transportation of garments by truck. Client shall designate garments pick up and return points.

2. Unloading
Laundry bags shall be opened inside Class 100K for Cleanroom garments. Counting and sorting will be on clean tables. Soil sort employees shall wear clean room gloves, smocks, hairnets and shoe cover with no makeup or jewellery.

4. Tamping
Garments required stain treatment and pre-wash before entering the wash cycle.
Materials / Chemical used shall be per client advise on specification.

3. Sorting and Barcode Scanning
Garments shall be sorted, separated according to types and individually inspected in a Class 100K environment.
Disposition of damaged garments per Client requirements.

5. Washing

7. Packaging (fold-seal-pack)
ESD Plastic Bags shall be used for the first layer packing (i.e. direct contact with the garments), while subsequent layers will be using the transparent HM Plastic Bags. All garments shall be subjected to visual inspection during folding prior to sealing. Packing criteria shall meet Client requirements. Gowning Protocol shall be in full cleanroom attire. No makeup or jewellery is allowed.
